This experiential learning combines interactive business simulations and exercises with serious learning and is an extremely powerful medium for imparting learning in new skills and helping individuals to improve existing ones. All this is simulated through “Microworlds”. Microworlds or containers / learning labs, compress time and space, so that it becomes possible to experiment and to learn when the consequences of our decisions / actions can be easily examined, reviewed and improved. Mistakes and errors made in microworlds are learning experiences. Destination Outdoor’s forte is designing and creating 'microworlds' for managers to 'play and learn'. These microworlds are “playgrounds” for “relevant play” and costs of failed experiments are non- existent.
